Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.  Every day, we deliver orders to thousands of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Processing Time 

Processing time varies depends on the product.  Please read the product description for the processing time.  Every product page mentions the production time. 

We process most of the orders for shipment within 1-3 business days (This can be 2-7 business days during the holiday seasons).  This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. 

Estimated Delivery Times 

Shipping time varies depends on the product, shipping method you choose at check out, and your delivery address.  Please see the individual product listing for the delivery time as we ship items from different warehouses in the United States and partnered factories overseas. 

We keep some of our products in international warehouses due to the rising costs of warehousing in the United States.  But don't worry.  We still make sure you get your items on time within the guaranteed delivery time states in the product listings.  

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.  Once your package(s) has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information.  Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

If you finish the payment today, your order will arrive within the estimated delivery time mentioned below.

We offer standard shipping and every shipment includes a tracking number..

USA ------------------------- 2-7 business days

Canada --------------------- 7-10 business days

Rest of the World -------- 6-15 business days

Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. 

**Please note international shipping services do vary from country to country.  To find out the exact services that are available, please put in your full address at check out. 

International guests may be required to pay customs and import taxes.  If your shipping address is outside of the US, you're responsible for the customs fees in the destination country.  For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.  

Due to the delays in postal services and unforeseen circumstances (i.e. weather conditions, conflicts between countries, custom issues, etc.), the delivery time may vary. In such cases, we cannot guarantee the deliveries on time.  Orders are shipped by FedEx, UPS, or USPS.  We are a data-driven company.  We analyze shipment times to understand how we can decrease the delivery time and serve our guests at our best.

Why I did not receive the items in the order in one shipment?

To have your items delivered to you as fast as possible, we ship from the closest and fastest shipping location at the time.  Our fabulous inventory tracking system will indicate which factory can deliver the item(s) faster.  If your order contains more than one item, we might ship items separately from different locations to ensure the fastest delivery. 

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping for all US orders over $75. 

How long it will take to receive my order? 

Delivery time is varied depends on the individual item.  Please read the individual product description for delivery time.  If you have any questions regarding your order status, please contact us at support@dulmari.com or via our Instant Messaging (IM) system.

Who pays for the customs fees?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped.  By purchasing our products, you consent that you may have to pay customs fees when they arrive in your country (This happens in rare circumstances).

Return and Exchange

We do not accept returns unless;
  • We accidentally sent you a wrong item
  • Item had print issues
  • Item arrived damaged
  • Item is under 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us anytime. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We do not accept exchanges.

So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase and want to return, just go through our return process.  However, if you choose to return your item(s) for a full refund, shipping fees will not be refunded.

For a full refund, a return request should be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order. The following purchases are not eligible for returns.

  • All clearance items and products on sale are final sale 
  • Custom/ personalized products*

*Custom/ personalized Products are not eligible for returns.  If you're not 100% satisfied with personalized items, we will replace it instead of a refund if you agree.

Our Easy Return Process

  1. Please fill out the return/exchange form.
  2. After you filled the return/exchange form, our customer care team will send you instructions on how to return the package.
  3. Ship your items back to our return shipping address.
  4. When we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to show up in your account depends on your bank or credit card provider.
